These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mymayansign.com and the MyMayanSign applications (together, "the Service"), operated by Cemal Fatih Kecelioglu, Austria ("we", "us"). By creating an account, making a purchase, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
MyMayanSign provides Mayan astrology content: a free calculator, personalized readings, a paid Detailed Report, a paid subscription (My Days, personalized calendar features and notifications), and a digital eBook. All content is provided for personal insight, self-reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for professional help.
Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.
a. Detailed Report: a one-time purchase tied to ONE person and ONE date of birth, which you confirm before the report is generated. The report includes one free month of the subscription. b. Subscription: billed monthly or yearly at the price shown at checkout. It renews automatically until cancelled. When a free month or promotional period is included, we notify you by email before paid billing starts, so you can cancel or change plan. c. eBook and other digital products: one-time purchases delivered by email and account. d. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases. Taxes may apply according to your country.
We send a reminder 7 days before a subscription renews and again on the day it renews. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Subscriptions bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play are managed and cancelled through that store, under that store's terms. Purchases made on the website are managed in your account on the website.
Our products are digital content delivered immediately. By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once delivery has begun, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for digital content no longer applies (EU consumer law). This does not limit the goodwill refund policy below or your mandatory statutory rights.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a purchase is not for you, contact info@mymayansign.com within 30 days of the charge and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. This applies to the Detailed Report, the eBook, and subscription charges (including a renewal after a free month). This is a goodwill guarantee we choose to honor, on top of, and not a replacement for, your mandatory statutory rights.
Each report belongs to the purchasing account (or the gift recipient) and is generated for one confirmed date of birth. The date is locked once the report is generated. Corrections of a mistaken date are handled by support and are audited. One purchase equals one report for one person.
You may purchase reports for other people. If you provide the recipient's email, they receive a claim link and enter their own date of birth, which then locks. Gifted reports include one free month of subscription for the recipient. If you provide only a date of birth and no email, the report is created inside your own account (for example for your child) and no email is sent.
You may not: resell, scrape, copy at scale, or redistribute the content; share account access to bypass purchases; abuse free tiers with automation; interfere with the Service; use the Service unlawfully. We may limit or terminate access for abuse.
All content of the Service, including texts, readings, report structure, images, the book "Sacred Teachings of Mayan Astrology: Secrets of Tzolkin", logos and software, is owned by us or licensed to us and protected by copyright. Purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content privately. No commercial use without written permission.
We work to keep the Service available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, add or remove features. If we discontinue a paid feature you have paid for, we will offer a fair remedy (such as a pro-rated refund).
The Service provides spiritual and cultural content for personal insight. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the content, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including intent and gross negligence under Austrian law).
Our Privacy Policy at mymayansign.com/privacy-policy/ explains how we handle personal data, including birth dates you enter. Birth dates of gift recipients are used only to generate their reading.
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify account holders by email or in the Service before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
